Recorded for every listing
Identical in every market. Areas are normalised to square metres and prices carry their currency, so two markets can be read side by side without converting anything by hand first.

| Location | Country, province, city and address where published. |
| Geo-coordinates | Latitude and longitude, so listings can be placed on a map. |
| Price and currency | The listed price with its currency, rather than a converted estimate. |
| Bedrooms and bathrooms | Counts as published by the lister. |
| Living area | Normalised to square metres in every market, so sizes compare directly. |
| Build year | Where the lister published it. |
| Images | CDN-hosted, so they load from close to the visitor. |
| Publication date | When the listing appeared, which is what makes "new this week" answerable. |
